Weekly weigh-in

I lost 1 lb this week.  Not too shabby considering that last weekend was one of off-plan eating and indulgence.  I had to spend the first half of the week catching up (catching down?) from that.

I also dipped below 40% body fat this week.  It felt pretty good to see the scale read out that my body fat was down and my skeletal muscle percentage was up.  That’s exactly what I want to see happening.

I’ve been fighting a cough for the past week or so which is making running more difficult than usual.  I’m not able to breathe as deeply and smoothly as before and tend to have a coughing fit every 10 minutes during my recent runs.  So I’ve been taking it easier, but my body is itching to go.  Hopefully this clears up and passes soon.
